HOW TO BOOK (ONLINE SELF SERVICE USING OUR WEBSITE)
A.Find and select your preferred package or product. B.Choose your travel date then click the BOOK NOW button. Once available, you will be redirected to fill-out the passenger information by providing the number of passengers and contact information, then click on the PROCEED button. C. For members, log-in with your account. For non-members, kindly create your account. D. Our tour representative will contact you with the quotation of your requested package. Should you finalize the booking we will send you a billing statement with our bank account details, option date to settle in full, and/or deadline for visa submission (if applicable). E. Once settled, we will release all travel documents upon finalizing the booking.
CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKINGS ONCE CONFIRMED?
It is subject to checking and we highly encourage everyone to advise us ahead of time. If the request is made less than one month before departure, it is our discretion whether to allow the amendment or not. Such amendments are not allowed once the booking is already finalized. Any changes made are subject to amendment fees and or cancellation charges.
DO YOU ACCEPT PENCIL BOOKINGS?
Any pencil bookings are not allowed, the deposit fee is required upon making a reservation. It should be settled until the given option date by the agent and it is non-refundable.
I'M A SOLO TRAVELER AND WILLING TO SHARE ROOM WITH STRANGERS. IS THAT ALLOWED?
For security and safety reasons, we do not recommend finding a roommate for a single joiner. It is highly recommended that you avail of a single room.
WE HAVE FOOD RESTRICTIONS, CAN YOU ARRANGE OUR MEAL REQUESTS?
Yes. Please let us know your food restrictions ahead of time so we can coordinate it with our travel partners.
CAN WE RESERVE SLOTS EVEN WITHOUT OUR VISA YET?
Yes. We will assist you all through the process and inform you of all the necessary documents you need to prepare for your visa application. We also provide free visa assistance on our selected packages as part of our service.

VISA FAQs

CAN WE SEND OUR DOCUMENTS USING COURIER?
Yes. Kindly inform your travel agent prior to sending your documents. (Note: WANDERTRIFT TRAVEL is not liable for any lost or damaged document caused by the courier services)
CAN I AUTHORIZED OTHER PERSON TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS?
Yes. If you wish to drop-off/pick-up your documents at any of our branches, kindly advise your travel agent. For pick-up, your authorized person is required to present a duly signed authorization letter with his/her ID attached.
HOW CAN WE PROCESS OUR VISA?
WANDERTRIFT Travel Agent will advise you of all the documents required by the Embassy you need to comply and submit. It must be submitted on the given option date set by the agent. In case the Embassy will require additional documents to support your visa application, the applicant must comply and immediately submit the required documents. WANDERTRIFT Travel does not and cannot guarantee visa approval. Rakso Travel can only provide assistance in terms of submission of documents and pick up of results. Therefore, Rakso Travel shall not be held liable for any visa denial matter.
MY VISA APPLICATION WAS DENIED CAN I REAPPLY?
Yes, you can re-apply with us any time after your refusal as long as there is no mandatory waiting period for re-application.

PAYMENT FAQs

HOW TO PAY?
You may send your payments through bank deposit or online transfer. Proof of payment must be provided. For customers who will book directly to our travel agents, kindly contact your agent and request for a billing statement. For walk in guest, you may opt to pay via CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CAR/GCASH or CASH. For guest who will book using our self service. You will automatically redirected to our online payment facility.
ARE THE PAYMENTS MADE REFUNDABLE?
All payment are non refundable. Kindly check our Terms and conditation for our refund policy.
WAHT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?
BANK DEPOSIT,ONLINE BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLMENT PLAN?
Yes we are. You may avail our cash installment plan or you may also use debit/credit card. To discuss this further kindly contact our travel agent representative
